<p><strong>Robert Boustany </strong>is a physicist  who has been teaching yoga and training instructors for 43 years.</p>
<p>He is known for his detailed understanding of the anatomy of poses and will teach practical reasons for alignments, safety, sequencing, and long-term development. His unique processes will help you develop strength and flexibility quickly and safely for peak performance.</p>

<p><strong>USE</strong> meditation to reduce stress, overcome obstacles and illness, and increase health and happiness.</p>
<p><strong>TEACH</strong> meditation to others as this course will both instruct you in the art of meditation and certify you to carry on the tradition!</p>

<p>Workshop Leaders:</p>
<p>Co-founder of Meditation Practice Institute, Julia Ferganchick, PhD, holds advanced degrees in language theory and philosophy. After surviving a plane crash in 1999, she began a serious study of PTSD and meditation practices to heal chronic pain and panic disorder.  She completed advanced studies in Buddhist and Yogic philosophy and now teaches meditation practices to promote health and healing.</p>
<p>A student of meditation since 1987, Michael Kruse Craig has taken all of the Asian Classics Institute courses.  Michael has degrees in English and Computer Science, and has studied and taught Playwriting and Theatre at the graduate level.  He has also completed the advanced training program in Integral theory, through Core Integral.  Michael began studying leadership in 2000, and is integrating his experiences coaching an extensive, cutting-edge leadership program with his studies in meditation, theatre, and consciousness to develop his own style of leadership training.   He is a certified Yin Yoga instructor.</p>
